Ethan Lee	bb4247557b	- Moved the source to the lwjake2 package. - The default config directory is now ".lwjake2" rather than ".jake2". - Updated the buildfile to reflect lwjake2 change. - Cleaned up the headers for every source file. - Cleaned up the imports for every source file. - Resolves tons of warnings. - So many raw types.
